한국관의 형태를 재현하는 모형이 아닌 본래의 건축이 담고 있던 공간의 감각을 소통하기 위한 매개체를 만들고자 한 서울과학사는 본 전시에서 시간을 담은 모형을 제안한다. 모형 기반의 창작을 고려하면서, 오랫동안 남아 존재하는 건축의 부분, 존재하지만 쓰러진 부분
과 사라진 부분들에 주목하였다. 이 누락된 부분을 관객이 체험적으로 모을 수 있게 고안하여 관객참여형 모형을 제작하였다.
We wanted to create a model to communicate the sense of space that the original architecture contained, rather than a model that reproduces the form of the Korean Pavilion. It was designed so that the public could experience and collect the parts of the architecture that ironically remained for a long time, the parts that existed but are now collapsed or gone. We hope that the public will have an afterimage of the original space in their heads and that they will be able to easily picture the original appearance when they enter the remaining space of the Korean Pavilion.

엔지니어 최종언과 디자이너 김종범의 협업으로 이루어진 모형 기반의 창작그룹이다. 거리의 사물과 건물을 키트로 만드는 것이 주된 작업이다.
It is a model-based creative group formed through collaboration between engineer Choi Jong Eon and designer Kim Jongbuhm. The main task is to make street objects and buildings into kits.
